Goat milk cream butter made by Hewitt's Dairy. This butter is frozen. We recommend thawing the butter and cutting into useable size pieces then re-freezing the portions so you can use them as needed.

The easy digestibility of the fats in goat butter mean a lower melting point than cow butter. This also causes this butter to break down and go rancid quicker than cow butter. Best to keep the portion you are using refrigerated!
