We only raise six pigs per year. If you visit our farm you can visit the pigs outside, behind the barn. Their diet consists of whey from the cheesemaking and, heaven forbid, any botched batches of cheese that are not palatable for humans, and the secret ingredient: LOTS of hay.
These sausages are made from the best cuts of meat, not trim. They are lean, flavourful, and maintain their size during cooking.
Four sausages per package. Approx. One pound total weight.
Our sausage is made by J Mar Meats in Mount Forest. Ingredients are simple.
