Premium pastured raised lamb
Imagine being able to pull out a pack of lamb chops for a stay at home fate night or perhaps a lamb roast when company is coming or just to have lamb for dinner because you are craving it!
Now is a great time to book your lamb! Katie and Will are taking orders now so lamb can be picked up early in 2025 and taken to the local butcher. This lamb was on pasture all summer and fall and has been finished on high quality, organic grains and hay. Lambs are still enjoying the outdoors even though the pasture grasses are dormant for the winter.
Pick up date for lamb will most likely be sometime in January, no later than mid-February.
