Fragrance Free Goat Milk Soap

100% truly fragrance free, this simple bar of soap is our best seller. This soap was the original, first ever product that sparked the creation of River's Edge Goat Dairy. Katie's brother has severe allergies and asthma. Understanding triggers to her brother's asthma attacks was part of life! What she didn't realize was how sensitive she was to skin care products.

"I always thought I had bad skin. There was something wrong with me that made me have terrible acne. I had accepted the fact I had bad skin...until I made this soap." says Katie, founder of River's Edge Goat Dairy.

We are so bombarded by fragrances in our everyday lives, Health Canada allows up to 3% fragrance in a product that is labeled as "Fragrance Fee". River's Edge Soaps are 100% fragrance free. We add NO fragrance to this soap!

Give your body a break from fragrances and feel the moisturizing benefits of goat milk. This soap can be used throughout the body, even on the face. Best of all, your skin will feel clean and moisturized after use. 110g bar

All our goat milk soaps contain 25% whole goat milk exclusively from River's Edge Goats. We challenge you to find another brand with that contain this much whole, full fat goat milk! Our soaps do not contain water, powdered or skim milk. Read the label on a goat milk soap!

Made from River's Edge whole goat milk, olive oil, sunflower oil, soy oil canola oil, with a touch of added glycerin*, and honey in the traditional cold processing soap method.

Want to learn more about goat milk soaps and how they are made? The milk soap making process is clearly detailed and outlined in the book "Raising and Keeping Dairy Goats" written by River's Edge Goat Dairy owner, Katie Normet.

*Glycerin is a byproduct of the soap making process. Glycerin is a humectant which means it draws moisture from the air to your skin. Commercially, the glycerin is removed and sold as an additional product. This is why many people perceive soaps as drying, they contain no glycerin!

Warning from Katie: Anything labeled as a beauty bar, bath bar, shower gel, etc is really a detergent.

Another tidbit: The bigger the bubbles, the more drying to the skin.
