We have maple syrup from a beloved Mennonite family near Elmira—friends we’ve known for almost a decade. This young family pours their hearts into stewarding their land, caring for their community, and crafting some of the best maple syrup we’ve ever tasted.
 
Their syrup is always rich in flavour, beautifully balanced, and never overly smokey—just the way real maple syrup should be. It’s a staple in our own kitchen, and we’re excited to share it with those who care about great food, real ingredients, and knowing where it all comes from.
