This eye catching goat blue cheese is made by us from Wooldrift Farm sheep milk.
This cheese melts in your mouth! The pungent blue flavour is carried on sweet creamy notes, very much like Roquforte or St. Agur. This is a cheese that will brighten up any cheese board with colour and flavour.
